The COVID-19 pandemic had major implications for the arts community of Lake Superior's South Shore. This longstanding multi-studio tour was faced with a challenge: how to keep an event going when it's not possible to hold it in person? We recommended a virtual tour, which ended up being a huge success. The site traffic stats were off-the-charts: less than 15% bounce rate, average visit time of 8+ minutes, and over 80% of video plays were for the video's entire duration.
