The Narrative Shift Network
We also facilitate introductions into our network of health system leadership as well as amongst our other clients. We will not maintain active contracts with companies that are direct competitors, which allows us to avoid conflicts of interest, but more importantly to you, create a network of potential corporate partners. Our existing clients have, in many cases, established formal partnerships that have resulted in significant revenue generated through referrals or co-branded sales efforts.
Sales Planning & Support
Since we firmly believe that new venture growth requires a coordinated and fully integrated sales & marketing plan, we include sales-focused offerings in our menu of services. We will work with you (and your sales team) to establish a realistic sales plan based on your short and long term growth goals, which also incorporates your marketing plans. And, in some cases, we can provide you with direct sales support. For select clients, we attend sales calls, providing our expertise and “resume” to build immediate credibility with your prospects.
Our Pricing Model
We know that early-stage ventures run on a shoestring budget. So, we offer a sliding-scale fee model that is based on the growth stage of our clients. As our clients mature in their growth, we ask they move their payment for our services up the scale. This allows us to be ridiculously affordable to very early stage/self-funded companies, and yet still offer highly competitive rates to those who have healthy revenue and/or a healthy infusion of venture capital. We also structure our fees on a variety of models: per hour, per project, or on retainer.
